Pastor Vivian Koker-Thomas, known as (Madame President) is the President, founder, director, and visionary of Prevailing Ministries International and Travailing Women Ministry, since 2015. As an Ambassador of Christ, she resides over Nations enforcing the message of the full gospel of Christ, teaching Salvation, Deliverance, healing, restoration and prosperity. Every Monday the ministry focuses on prayer for Men and Boys, on Tuesday is Financial prosperity day, on Wednesday is Wednesday Women Warriors, on Thursday is praying for our Children’s day, Friday is thanksgiving Friday(A day of praise & worship), Saturday is the day of rest(sabbath) and Sunday is Glory Sunday. She was born in Liberia but now she is an America US citizen and live in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1993, she graduated from the College of West Africa, and in 1995 she earned a decree in accounting from Ame Zion University. She is the founder and former director of Angel heart Learning Center in Snellville, Georgia, a Former Director of Property Management LLC. She is Founder and Director of life by V LLC. 

Madame President, is a devoted and passionate wife, married to her college sweetheart for 25 years and mother of three amazing sons. She work with her husband as an assistant pastor from 1998, She became a first lady in 2010 in partnership with another Ministry. she is a servant of God, a prayer warrior, a deliverance minster counselor, entrepreneur, life coach, world changer, purpose- driven, very confident, compassionate, caring, loving, motivator, great-thinker, dedicated, truthful, a soul winner, lover of God and His people, a devoted financer and financier of ministries worldwide, very consistent in Prayer, a faithful teacher in the kingdom of God.
